Xuan,

I am starting from the debug perspective. I have not run STRRSESVR. I seem to
remember hearing that is wasn't necessary with 6.0. I was expecting the error
prompt to start it if I'm wrong.

1. Right click on the drop down arrow next to the debug icon in the toolbar
2. Mouse over 'debug as'
3. Click on 'iSeries Interactive Application'

Nothing happens.

Rick

Hi Rick,

Could you describe your steps in more details?

Did you right click on a program and choose Debug As --> Interactive?
If yes, there will not be a prompt for you if there is already a RSE
interactive session associated with this connection. Debugger supposes
just starts up.
If you want to get the prompt dialog to enter the program name and running
command, please right click on a program and choose Debug(Prompt) -->
Interactive...

Thanks,
