Yes, unless you are "working offline", the cache will be refreshed when
verifying and refreshing outline view.
Note this will make refreshing the outline view and verifying slower.

OK.  Under Window/Preferences/RemoteSystems/iSeries/ProgramVerifiers there
is a check box "Refresh cache".  I checked it.  Does that mean the cache
will now be refreshed whenever I click to refresh the Outline view?
