Thank you Michelle for your error.

I personally thought your request was one of the better questions I seen
lately and addressed a true use and focus of this forum. Too often this
forum is used IN PLACE OF the System 21 support desk (I'm sure GEAC doesn't
mind).

No ERP system lasts for ever. You have to address your company needs:
        - What advances are out there,
        - Can you benefit from these advances both internally and/or
externally,
        - What is the cost to keep your existing technology "current"
        - What are similar companies doing

Call your fellow associates and visit "Trade Shows" are my recommendations
at a minimum. You'll be surprised what's new out there, especially within
Supply Chain management.

Good Luck.

Another one. Where is our sales force or is this not a Style Account so we
don't care.
Just an opinion
Thanks
Chris

Hi all

We have been on System 21 for over 10 years and my company are going though
an exercise now of looking at new systems, and by December we will have made
a decision on what our future package will be.

Although System 21 will still be included in our investigation, I think it
will most probably be replaced by a more modern web-based package.
