There is the buying list functionality of Telesales where you can create a list of products and attach it to the customer(s) in question. The only downfall is the standard funtionallity doen't enable you to place a qty against the product at this point this is done within telesales. We use this quite abit for some of our customers who have mulitple stores and want them to get the same products delivered. We've also modified it to enable us to attach a qty at the list creation instead of at the Telesales order entry side. regards Jon "Patrick Mullen" <patrickm@mrscrockets.com.au> on 25/10/2001 06:56:17 AM Please respond to jbausers-l@midrange.com To: jbausers-l@midrange.com cc: (bcc: Jon Wadey/MSTNOTES) Subject JBA ML - Standing Sales Orders : We have a series of customers who have standing orders e.g. Every Tuesday and Thursday they expect the same order to be despatched unless they phone us to amend the arrangement. Currently we have our order entry staff place the orders manually for each separate delivery. Is there any standard functionality in System 21 to set the orders up once and have the system enter the orders automatically. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
