RE: Obsolete purchased items

After checking that there are no o/s orders, sales orders, stock, items in
transfer, stock balances, stocktake-in-progress flags etc., we change the
company code on the item/stockroom record to '99'.

This means stock cannot be transacted, but retains item/stockroom details
for later reference
as well as retaining stock movement details.
