When you add cases you need to be sure you have your e-mail address on it and check the box that says update via e-mail when changes are made to this case... It's very effective... If you disagree with having that case closed, make a new contribution to the case and it will force it to be opened again...!!! They will then be forced to respond to you... Use the system to your best advantage... Don't believe for one moment that you have to sit there and take it any more... They've given you the power to reactivate that case if you feel strongly enough about it... Exercise your first amendment right of free speech and let them know how you feel...
