I agree that these are issues, but they are not issues with the Answerlink
system.  These are issues with the people and procedures within the
organization.  As a tool, the solutions for System 21 are still in it's
infancy, but I see great potential.  But, Answerlink is GEAC tool and if
System 21 is sold we may lose this utility.  The support staff for System
21 is still getting up to speed on Answerlink and do not always follow all
of the procedures properly.  GEAC has been using Answerlink for some time
and most people seem to like it from what I hear.

Open cases are to be closed, not deleted, so this is a problem.  If you are
having issues with Answerlink you really need to contact Keith Akin  (Geac
Atlanta office).  Support issues for System 21 to Michelle Hobbs (sp?)
Dallas office. She is the director of System 21 support.

I opened 5 cases with Answerlink.  JBA put all of them on short term hold,
after I refused to pay for another one of their "Consultants" to come out
and fix the problems their previous "Consultants" had already created. Then
they deleted the open cases with no notice.

My answer link problem was open for a month and JBA closed the issue
without solving the problem or letting me know that they closed the issue.

Well I just had my first experience in Answer link.  I actually had 4 cases
with my name on them, I guess they are converting old system to Answer
link.
I went looking for the "solutions" that were indicated attached to the
cases, I had no luck in finding any solutions.  My question to the group is
has anyone found any answers in Answer link?
