I really like the Answer Link...  I find it very useful...
You're right there a few old "closed" cases out there from the legacy
system...
I for one applaud the new system...
At least now I can see whenever anything is done on our open logs...
There are other resources there too...  The documentation link leaves
something to be desired but hopefully they're working on it still...

Well I just had my first experience in Answer link.  I actually had 4 cases
with my name on them, I guess they are converting old system to Answer
link.
I went looking for the "solutions" that were indicated attached to the
cases, I had no luck in finding any solutions.  My question to the group is
has anyone found any answers in Answer link?
