Answer Link Experience

Well I just had my first experience in Answer link.  I actually had 4 cases
with my name on them, I guess they are converting old system to Answer link.
I went looking for the "solutions" that were indicated attached to the
cases, I had no luck in finding any solutions.  My question to the group is
has anyone found any answers in Answer link?
