I'm not sure exactly how this works - we've got 180 licences, but our "21" count can go above this without any messages... Also, query this file, do a CLNUSRALC or a Verify Allocations, and then query this file again - the count will usually go up, then several minutes later go back down to the "proper" figure... If you are running tight on licences, you will want to run a regular CLNUSRALC (by regular i mean every 30mins or so) as a lot of jba functions do not seem to release licences properly (my pet hate) - but you don't seem to be able to run it from a standard command line - a library list issue i think. Unfortunately the source is missing as this contains authorisation codes or something like that, so i can't debug it, i must wait for JBA Studley to look at it (logged last september!)
