The "operations guide" is pretty good (now available on the JBA Offline CD),
as is the normal paper manual. These together should broadly give you what
you need.

As far as system manager files are concerned, add the following commands to
your dayend:

Application Manager dayend CALL PGM(IPGAMP4/XA803CLP)
Common Functions dayend CALL PGM(IPGCFP4/ICF706CL)
Clear Management History CLRMNGHST KEEP(7)
Clear MM Error Log CLRPFM (IPGCFF4/APG99PHY)
Clear CF Error Log CLRPFM (IPGCFF4/ICF98PHY)
Clear MM Log CLRMNGLOG KEEP(7)
Clean User Allocations CLNUSRALC

All once a week, except CLNUSRALC (i'd recommend running this at least once
a day, as JBA options don't seem to release licences properly [one way to
make money i suppose]). This should cut down on the amount of stuff you're
storing, although most are purge rather that archive.

Regards,
Stuart
