Same her, except I abandoned "position-to" a long time ago. SQL's "like" allows filtering and as a result users can filter by partial names, zip codes, etc.  As a result drill-downs are easy to do and we can abandon the crammed-fill screens in favor of small panels that flow the way users use them.
