I don't think you understand how UNIXCMD works. It runs the command you give it in pase, and then returns the standard out back to you. If you want the command to be run to start like this:
echo 'u3VtNgfyWU9faZc3Iaa8ZWbE5UZCfmC17yA4MyW0ghflt9dNQNDpCcgMZiG/kXPE4vv2CHL 93B4iKiODHxxdVA=='
then you need to pass it that. Your program has this:
echo encodedExchangeToken
Those are not the same two strings.
Also - You don't have USROPN on your UNIX file, so you aren't actually even passing anything in as a command to be run.
Finally you are reading the result of the command into a variable called record. The variable string1 isn't ever used in your program, so it will never have a value.

in my program i just put.txt so that it should also write the same
