This is the command you told UNIXCMD to run.
echo encodedExchangeToken!openssl enc -d -aes-128-ecb -K 363631653237354f494d31554c594c4a -nopad -nosalt -base64 -A -out string1.txt
Run that interactively and look and see what it says. For starters, you have a ! instead of a | unless that is simply translation issues. Next you are passing the literal value encodedExchangeToken. I suspect you want to pass what is in that variable in your program instead. Lastly in your debug session you are trying eval a variable called string1.txt, but you don't have that variable in your program anywhere. You did try and tell openssl to put the results it gets into a file called string1.txt in your RPG program, but the program doesn't know anything about that.
