My experience differs. Getting data is, in my experience, more likely to
be a drill down through tons of data to find the 40 or 50 lines a user
cares about. Rarely does the user really want 15 or less rows.
As to the real-time issue...? Yes, that is a factor but less a factor
than getting all of the related data at one time, in a relevant pattern.
