The "old RPG Devs" may not want to learn new things, but they have the
knowledge that is FAR more important than syntax or platform.

There you go.. I just solved it. Start an apprentice program for RPG
devs retiring in less than 5 years. :) The pay would stink while
being an apprentice, but those are the breaks.
