I suggest that you contact your partner and clarify the _meaning_ of"data dictionary". Be aware that the term can have a very specificmeaning on AS/400s and that that meaning might be very differentfrom more general ones.

IIRC, the old System/36s had a lot to do with how/why "datadictionaries" became what they are under OS/400. If your partnerisn't directly familiar with what that means, then there's a bigchance that you might be going in the wrong direction.
