MMDDYY 3. 7 digit date fields (1st pos=1 then 2000 1st pos=0 then 1900) 4. 4 seperate fields (again 2 Flavors) a. C, YY, MM, DD b. However, there are RPG shops that cling to these unsafe formats because they fear that the users cannot understand that they need to enter two additional digits on their date entry fields.
