On the surface, it doesn't seem that would be too difficult.

Assuming all variables would still be accessed as globals, just change
the begsr to a procedure interface, change the endsr to the prototype
end, and add a prototype.  Then just change the exsr to callp.

Further modifications, local variables; parameters; etc, would obviously
have to be done manually.
