RE: Tool to convert Subroutine to SubProcedure

I hold the unpopular beleif that changing a subroutine to a procedure, just
for the sake of making the change, is not a good thing.
I find it very hard to believe that this is an unpopular belief!! I expect that almost everyone on the list agrees with you.
