I understand.  And I suppose one person could create a service program, 
compile it and put it on a website for those who do not have the SQL 
tools.

I still recommend submitting the DCR then.  That carries more weight with 
the team that Barb and others who monitor this list report to than their 
interpretations of emails posted to this list.
