Can you post the math that provided 11.77815?  This expression has no
provision for that, so far as I can see?  You have a 7 digit number from a 9
digit number, which says to me you have lopped off the last two places in
your 9/0 field.   ( (912/100) = 9  )  and that can change the results quite
a bit.

eval(h) 5,2field    = 9,2field / (9,0field /100);
 
It is not rounding up. For example, a result of 11.77815... is
truncated to 11.77, not the expected (at least expected by me) 11.78.
 
What am I missing?
