Re: New RPG programmers

I think IBM will put the money in schools.  However they require a local 
sponsor.  I think their reasoning is that if a large local employer 
sponsors the education then the local college will actually feel there is 
a market for RPG programmers and hold the classes.  Not a bad mentality 
for the community college market.  Universities are a little different. 
Not that large employer sponsors are ignored, but they market to a wider 
geographical audience.
