But the reason is somewhat reversed. It's our BDFL who doesn't want to do ILE RPG. We are stuck with RPG/400 until he retires. I'm 24 and have been programming RPG/400 for just over two years now. Most programmers here are twenty-something (none have seen RPG before working here).
