You have to be close to me to see the 4-5 gray hairs (If my hair
weren't black, you wouldn't be able to see them)... I am 35, and have
only been programming RPG for about 3 years (although I have been on
the AS/400 for 15 years, and doing CL for the entirety of it, and SQL
for about 7-8 years).  I will be training a new RPG programmer here in
the next few weeks, and he is around 22.  Which brings me to a
question -- Other than spending 10-12 years looking at example progs,
what training courses are out there for beginning (haven't ever edited
or seen a source member on the AS/400, don't even know what RPG stands
for) programmers?
