We have a slew of the old ATS courses. I am 35, and have only been programming RPG for about 3 years (although I have been on the AS/400 for 15 years, and doing CL for the entirety of it, and SQL for about 7-8 years). I will be training a new RPG programmer here in the next few weeks, and he is around 22. Which brings me to a question -- Other than spending 10-12 years looking at example progs, what training courses are out there for beginning (haven't ever edited or seen a source member on the AS/400, don't even know what RPG stands for) programmers?
