Murali - I think you need to take a class or buy a book about AS/400 programming in RPG. It also appears to me that you have a lot to learn about subfile programming and databases. There are some very good books available at reasonable prices. Go look in the midrange.com online book store: http://store.midrange.com/books.htm .
