Murali - I think you need to take a class or buy a book about AS/400 programming in RPG. It also appears to me that you have a lot to learn about subfile programming and databases. There are some very good books available at reasonable prices. Go look in the midrange.com online book store: http://store.midrange.com/books.htm . I don't mind helping you, but I expect YOU to have a basic level of understanding about some things. I also expect you to help yourself whenever possible. Most of the time I use the midrange forum AFTER I have exhausted all other avenues. I would suggest that you start searching for the answers to some of these questions BEFORE you ask them: 1) on IBM's web site (http://as400bks.rochester.ibm.com), 2) in the FAQs here on midrange (http://faq.midrange.com/data/cache/1.html) 3) or in the forum archives here on midrange ----- Original Message ----- From: "MURALI DHAR" <nmuralidhar@rediffmail.com> To: <rpg400-l@midrange.com> Sent: Tuesday, October 15, 2002 2:43 AM Subject: set on lr Is there any alternate way of terminating program other than SETON LR...... adv thanks®ards Murali On Tue, 15 Oct 2002 Joe Pluta wrote : > > From: MURALI DHAR > > > > I have duplicate records in it...Can i now change it to >unique > > PF....? > >Murali, think about what you are asking.
