Coding since 82... and still don't know the INKx sequence :-)

BTW... INKO doesn't exist... might confuse people with Knock-Out :-)

I am sorry to say this, but if you need a template on your keyboard with
manual annotation on it, it just gives more argument to those who says that
this technique is not obvious.

written on it next to the appropriate keys... :)
