This is pure BS. This person does not know networking. At the very least you can run PPTP on your remote PC and a VPN server at the home office. This creates a VPN between you and the main network. Done correctly this is transparent to your applications. Is it free - maybe not but it is definitely possible. John Hall Home Sales Co.
