Hey Jeff,
I download the .exe file from the IBM support site, the run it as
Administrator to extract the files and start the install. If IBMI i access
it is already there, it will do the update. I don't remember having any
recent issues, except sometimes it wants me to reboot the computer because
it says one is pending from another install. That can be annoying.

Another thought: Are there any Group Policy Objects (GPOs) or
