The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Mike,
I did the unforgivable thing: I changed 2 items on my pc to try and solve it.
Now it's solved, but I don't know why (then again, I don't really care).
For the record, I disabled the AVG Safe Search extension, which was mentioned in some google results as a possible culprit.
Also, I disabled a program called GoogleUpdate.exe which was hidden deep in the registry somewhere, and started up automagically.
Anyway, it looks like my machine is running OK again.
Thanks,
Peter Colpaert

Take a look at the extensions you use. One of them may be the culprit.
