Finally remembered to check it out; FWIW, it's a GigaFast EE400-R with 
Firmware VersionV1.913. I found and downloaded the latest firmware v1.960.

I also downloaded the free ZA 5.5, avoiding 6.0 for now as there seem to be 
a ton of new release problems with it.

Probably won't get around to uninstalling Symantec and MS's firewall until 
Sunday.
