I think you're drawing with too broad of brush by saying that's the reason
PASE hasn't caught on. A number of years ago Linux caught on and the IBM i
crowd is generally 5yrs behind. So the fact that it is hitting us now has
more to do with natural progression and less to do with anything IBM
has/hasn't done.

I also think IBM should focus on creating/porting technology and leave the
creation of education content to others, like systemideveloper.com.
