I just says that I won't work for a competing firm or a client within 2 years. Since we cover the whole state, the longer I work the less choice I have, because I have more time to meet more clients. Not to concerned about the competing firm portion, that is not likely to happen. Also, It means if I focus on local clients, I likely have to move, which is really what I want to avoid. I have never had to ignore a good opportunity "when looking", and if it pops up, my instincts tell me to go for it. So that's why I am asking.
