You might be talking about me, since I have long been a user and
proponent of XlsxWriter. I did make a utility based on that package,
but it's not for use "directly in RPGLE". It's meant to be called from
a CL command line or a CLP, either of which would be simple enough to
incorporate into an RPG program, but might not be what some people are
after.

That utility isn't meant for exposing the full breadth of XlsxWriter
functionality, it's just for easily creating a spreadsheet out of a PF
or table. I will say it does provide some niceties that most utilities
of that kind do not, which are somewhat customizable via the column
headings and field text.
