At this point I do that with a Python library called XLSXWRITER.
But from what I have read you can do that directly in RPG

At one point in time there was someone who was wrapping XLSXWRITER to be
used directly in RPGLE, but I can't find any mention of it now. The only
thing I did find was like 5 years old.
