QFOSDIA

QIWSADM
QOTTMFLR

I suppose one could google some of those other names and see if there is
any advice.

Except for these IBM supplied folders I would expect you can remove them.
A second check would be to look at the last modified date (Easy with ACS
IFS dialog) and see if they are being used at all. I would have a brief
look at the contents as well.
