I assume you are looking for space....
i did a quick look on a v7r5 system (not using any doc features) and had
only a fraction of the"Q.." folders you have with little in them. But the
QOTTMFLR in recent use (although might be date of last ptf apply), i assume
by some system feature..Unless you see substantial disk space to save, i
wouldn't mess with it. If really really really want to, clear docs but not
folders. Just because IBM deprecated, doesn't mean so bit of code doesn't
reference it.
