It gets worse ( or more amusing if you will ) when I tried to open a case
to get them to send a new QR code. Sorry you need the QR code to open a
case to fix the QR code.

No such “recovery “ information was sent that I’m aware of, then again that
would require the QR code to open……..

Geesh. Security for no reason is not security, it’s obsessive control.
