I'm using MMAIL for testing *precisely* because it's a convenience wrapper around QtmmSendMail (which the actual back-end application calls directly).

This morning, I was holding out hope that the problem was that the Google Relay hadn't yet "ripened." Still no joy.

The Google Relay was created to accept anything from the public IP address of the box, with TLS active. Following instructions, I set a QIBM_SMTP_SERVER_PORT environment variable at the system level; in WRKENVVAR, it looks like:

Am I missing anything?
