These are good questions, esp. #2 and #3

1) What IS your budget?
2) What are your skills or skill level?
3) What is your long term goal?
4) How many screens are you talking about?


If the skill level is high and your long-term goal is "stay on the
platform", you might want to look and taking control of your life cycle and
going for code base modernization including some web development.
