I think some good information has been passed along to assist in getting
column heading, etc.
as for the CPYTOIMPF command there are two PARMS that I believe existed
in V5R4.
STMFCCSID(*PCASCII) STMFAUT(*INDIR)
the first will help so you can FTP in ascii mode
make sure the IFS file does not exist(with a maybe wrong CCSID) before
using the *PCASCII parm.
