I was getting that lately and an email to support got it working in about a days time. Had to do with my ibm id.

Larry, Pete, and Bryan,
When I tried the URL that Bryan provided, it asked me to "sign in" with my IBM ID, and it let me sign-in, and then I got the 503 error that Pete reported.
But, when I then re-tried with the original URL Pete posted, now it works! :-o
Go figure!

Trying to create a PMR for the very first time. I sign in and get:

Oops — that's not right!

The page you requested cannot be displayed. 503: Service Unavailable

Cleared cookies, etc for IBM.com but still see the error. Is
https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/?language=en_US and click on "Open a
case" the correct way to create a PMR?
