Ask it. Hit F1 on the option 21. At 7.4:

o Starts the save immediately or at a specified time and date
o Changes the system operator (QSYSOPR) message queue to *BREAK or
*NOTIFY delivery mode
o Ends all the TCP/IP Servers
o Ends all the Host Servers
o Ends TCP/IP

Note: The ending of TCP/IP and host servers will not be
processed if *NONE is specified for end TCP/IP wait time.
o Ends all subsystems
o Optionally unmounts all dynamically mounted file systems
