Hello all,

We have an external windows server process that is building a zip file in an IFS directory. It is periodically failing due to, I suspect, poor performance/IO response on the IFS. I can conform this poor response by bringing up any large-ish IFS directory in Windows File Explorer on my PC. It's just really slow compared to a directory on a Windows server.

Is there anything we can do to improve IFS performance/response with our Windows network? How can I troubleshoot this?

This is my initial foray into dealing with this so I'm not sure of the questions I should be asking or the data I should be providing.

OS: R7.2 (reasonably up to date on PTFs)

Thank you.
