I might have to give IBM a try, but I'm afraid they're going to tell me that
it's a software problem, and we don't have software support. So if anyone
knows of the commands to try, they'd be greatly appreciated.

I've tried ending and restarting the RMC jobs on the IBM i LPARs, and
running diagrmc with the --autocorrect option. With diagrmc --autocorrect with
additional options to check a specific LPAR, it says the IP address is out
of sync with LparCmdRM. It says a resync has been issued, and to try
diagrmc again in a couple of minutes. No matter how long I wait, another
diagrmc still says the IP address is out of sync with LparCmdRM.
