I have seen what Rob is talking about.

I have to frequently hit IBM sites with two different Ids. (Don't ask - let's just say I would never pay IBM to build web systems for me!) That REALLY can cause issues when they get the cookies screwed up and effectively tell you that X doesn't have authority when you are signed on as Y.

What happens is that you start using one browser for IBM's sites. Cookies get mangled. So you use a different browser. It will work for awhile until cookies get mangled there too. Yes, I've been burned on Edge (my primary browser) and IE. Edge and IE just this morning.

I have been getting "Bad Request" from IBM sites on a regular basis, but only when I use Chrome. If I use IE11 or Edge, no problem. Is that the same type of thing you are referring to?
