Back in the old days, Pizza Hut had a S/36 in its purchasing department in
Wichita. The director of IT wanted to bring the purchasing department
function under his mainframe umbrella, so he could add 2 more people to his
staff, which was then 149 people. At that point, the parent company was
PepsiCo. They had a policy that if you had more than 150 under you, you were
given a VP title.

The purchasing department successfully fought off his little ploy and stuck
with DMAS, with some of our custom mods.

I saw Armand Borick's post here the other day. We worked for the same
company.

That's the second time I've seen a reference to "yum" on a Midrange box.

I've never heard of "yum" in any context other than Red Hat and its various
forks.
