sorry, I don't get what you mean by V7:

* Cloud provider?
* OpenSSH V7 ?

What I can tell you is that sometimes you cannot use user/password because of security configuration, same with AWS EC2 defaults?

It has to be installed. It's not (currently) included in the OS.
